So I was very impressed with this hotel. I never expected that the rooms here would be quite sizeable and well-appointed. The room had a washing machine and dryer, a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, oven toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans, plates and cutlery, ironing board and steam iron, a nice sofa and more. I just felt this room was really complete. Bed was comfortables which made me sleep soundly.

The hotel is just like a home, where the room is very clean. Room service are very prompt and all the staff right from the front desk to the waiters and cleaners are very polite and helpful. The complementary breakfast is excellent composing of all varieties. Only improvement they need is to increase the number of items in the lunch-dinner menu.The location is also very quiet and convenient as we can book transport very easily. If I have to visit that part of Bangaluru, I will definitely choose Alphasuite.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Service absolutely horrible, can't contact anyone on phone. Do not stay at this hotel. I am from America and just got here after 15 wonderful days in Thailand at the landmark, excellent service and very welcoming staff. This hotel is the complete opposite. Maybe better for locals but if you are American, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. Worst hotel experience in my life. I am 53 and have traveled all over the world.

Stayed with my friends there last weekend. The room was clean and spacious but the motion detector was faulty in the bathroom. One issue we had was the parking, we were told that we still had to pay overnight parking, amounting to 595 pesos. We asked if it was complimentary with the room we rented and they said no and we ended up paying. Later upon checkout we found out that it was supposedly for free and we were supposed to get a refund, we stayed for a few more hours waiting for the refund only to find out that the refund is not guaranteed and it was only in the form of cash refund. This was the biggest inconvenience we had with staying in this hotel.

It's not 5star hotel as they claiming. It's not more then 3star apartments hotel. Not even sigle thing like 5star hotels. Staff like to do argure.
